What Hosts Provide

To help create a welcoming and successful event, we ask our host partners to:

  • Promote the event within your community using available communication channels
  • Provide the event venue, including meeting space and basic amenities
  • Volunteers to assist with registration and hospitality
  • Provide audiovisual and technical support during the event
  • Arrange refreshments for breaks
  • Register a minimum of 40 couples
